What we do
BookSemporna lists packages from local licensed resorts in Semporna, Sabah. A booking request is not a contract until the resort confirms it and you pay.
Prices and service fee
Each resort sets its package price. We add a 3% service fee to the package price. The total is shown before you send a request.
Confirmation
The resort confirms or declines your request. If it declines, you pay nothing.
Payment
After confirmation our staff send payment instructions. Your booking is secured once payment is received.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and change rules depend on the resort and are given to you before you pay. Contact our staff for any change.
Dive permits
Sipadan permits are limited and issued by Sabah Parks. A resort can confirm a package without guaranteeing a Sipadan permit on a specific day. The resort will tell you before you pay.
